Brian Ollendieck established White Lightning Limousine LLC in May of
2004, with the purchase of an eight passenger limousine. Since then the
business has grown to a small fleet of luxury vehicles. Whether you're

Rules Of Operation
To cross the state lines for any form of compensation, a company must be
registered DOT and compliant. Any vehicle that transports more than 6
passengers is required to have the USDOT number displayed on the
vehicle. All documents providing proper compliance and insurance must be
kept in the car and available for viewing upon request. To transport
1-15 passenger (including the driver) a minimum insurance liability of
1.5 million dollars is required. To transport 16 passengers or more
(including the driver) a minimum insurance liability of 5 million
dollars is required. A CDL with passenger endorsement is required when
operation a vehicle with a passenger capacity of 16 or more including
the driver. Any company that takes short cuts on the rules and
regulations will be taking short cuts in other areas as well, such as
training, insurance and maintenance.
